Wharf Bellagio Project lies inYinshanhu Lake of Wuzhong District, stretching north to East Guoxin Road, Eastto Huanhu Road, West to Tongda Road,  covering an area of 232,417 sqm, with total building area of over 459,270 sqm. It is the forth masterpiece for Wharf Group’s layout in Suzhou and setting in Yinshan lake.

     The scarcity of waterscape resources and uniqueness in terrain endows the project with a feature of "one river, one lake, double bay peninsula". Furthermore, a subway station will be set up close to the project, on the extended segment of the lightrail line 2, which is under construction.
