Shanghai zhuoou successfully won the bid for Grand Palace Project which is a gift from Youcan Real Estate to western Hangzhou. It will stir up a French style romantic life feast in Shenhua. Situated in the core area of Shenhua, regarded as “Pudong in Hangzhou”, the Grand Palace is close to many luxury facilities, such as Intime spanning an area of 40million sqm, Walmart, Metro line 2 and 5. In addtion, there are abundant education resources, represented by Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University. The Grand Palace itself is attached to school districts like Xuejun, Paul Chutower, Tang Bei campus and so on. In terms of urban landscape, it is neighbor of Xixi Wetland and Meijiawu, a god-given place of peace and happiness in the city.

By absorbing the grace and dignity of French style buildings, the Grand Palace will be built into a French humanist house in itstrue sense. With the multilayer design adopted, which is nowadays rarely seen in Western Hangzhou, this upmarket mansion boasts sort of French elegance and a rare value, casting a unique scenery of life there.

In this project, our company employed new GRC products of various forms, durable, energy saving, green and eco-friendly, which completely meet the high standard of decoration in terms of either material quality or their decorative and aesthetic effect to the building as well as the environment.

The Grand Palace is a milestone for Shanghai Zhuoou in its GRC product development, extremely important for products promotion and market expansion. It lays a solid foundation for the company to bid for projects in 2015.
