     The project islocated in Baijia Road, Xihu District of Hangzhou.This favorable geographicaladvantage highlights its significance. It was developed by a subsidiary company ofBinjiang Real Estate, named Hangzhou Binjiang West Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd., and designed by the Design Institute of Landscape Achitecture of NationalAcademy of Fine Arts, China.
