“To Create A Better Future with Joint Efforts” Welcome Distinguished Professor Qin Weizu to Join in Shanghai Zhuoou

July 31, 2018 witnessed a contract signing ceremony between Shanghai Zhuoou Construction&Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd (abbreviated as Zhuoou hereatfter) and Professor Qin Weizu from the College of Water Resources and Civil Engineering at Tsinghua University, who is to be appointed as Zhuoou’s Technical Consultant. Deputy General Manager Mr. Shen Hao from Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone Development (Group) Co., Ltd and Miss Shen Man, also a deputy general manager from Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone Sci-tech Innovation & Development Co., Ltd were invited to share their opinions at the ceremony.

Here in Zhuoou, Chairman Liu Hui maximizes the importance of R&D in science and technology and gives full attention to research team building. Technology is deemed as the lifeblood of the company during its lasting growth. He believes that continuous learning is the key to the company’s rapid expansion.

At the ceremony, Mr Shen Hao spoke highly of Zhuoou and described it as an enterprise with its own significant core technologies, which was moving forward steadily step by step and continuously growing in accordance with market laws. Besides, he encouraged Professor Qin to help sustain and promote Zhuoou’s development. He promised Qingpu Industrial Park would spare no efforts to provide support to such an excellent enterprise in many aspects, especially in sci-tech innovation, market sources, and resources sharing. “Given that a new round of large scale construction in the park is about to go into operation, there will be more opportunities for Zhuoou ”, Mr Shen stated.

Miss Li Man indicated, in turn, that she discerned Zhuoou’s incessant evolution since it moved to Qingpu Industrial Park from Zhangjiang Industrial Park. The moment she stepped into the gate of the company, she acquired a keen sense of its standardized and orderly management system. There was expected be a niche for Zhuoou on the platform she worked for, she concluded. 

The ceremony ended joyfully with a round of drinks. Professor Qin’s technical support would surely fuel the development of the company. Let’s anticipate Zhuoou’s brighter future!

Professor Qin Weizu is an expert in building materials, who lays his research emphases on 3D printed materials, high performance concrete structure, inchoate cracking and durability of concrete, reactive powder concrete and its engineering applications, High Fly ash Content Concrete and its applications in road&bridge projects, and so forth. He gets to wear many hats, from Vice Chairman in three different committees of the Civil Engineering Society of China to Doctoral Supervisor at Tsinghua University, and has achieved a lot. He is leading the direction of high performance concrete technologies in China.
