5. With clean grains and rich texture. It can be painted, to resemble stone, wood, metal or any design of surface finishing.

6.Eco-friendly with no radiation. Because its raw material does not contain radioactive nuclear elements, GFRC is rated National Class A renewable eco-friendly material.

7. Performance of Fire and Moisture Resistance. Made of minerals that would not burn, GFRC is tested to be Level A1 fire retardant material. What makes GFRC all the better is that, it will not rot,disintegrate or swell when exposed to water,excellent for external cladding application.

8. Stainproof and ultra durable. GFRC’s deformation under wet and dry conditions is less than 0.123%. It’s proved by a lot of experiments that GFRC is superiorly durable, standing up to ultraviolet radiation, far better in weatherability than many other building materials.

9. Excellent sound insulation and anti-seismic properties. By means of thickness adjustment and surface finishing, GFRC products can help achieve good effect of sound insulation and absorption. Additionally, they can better resist the earthquake impact than other materials due to their light weight but high strength.

10. Short construction period, easy to maintain and replace. GFRC products, required to be all pre-fabricated in the factory, can be produced in blocks and then segmented or sliced, which ensures the ease to handle, transport and install on site. As a result, the construction period is impressively shortened.
